Jack was a dynamic person in his church, New Hope Baptist Fellowship, in Cape Coral. He was always very outspoken and assertive when it found needs from the church and people in it. He served being a deacon and on the finance committee.
Jack Alexander had been an volunteer pilot with Angel Flight Southeast since 2001, flying you use 80 missions in 12 several years to get patients to treatment, doctor appointments, therapy, etc. He was nominated for Pilot of year in both 2012 and 2013 with Angel Flight. Jack was merciful and generous and wore his heart on his sleeve. He was obviously a regular supporter of several charitable organizations that have been not far from his heart.
Jack also was an avid blood donor. We called One Blood and the man had given blood 97 times! That works out to him having given 12.125 gallons of blood over approximately Many years.
His hobbies were flying, snow skiing, renovating houses and his awesome grandchildren. Younger crowd attended the Reno Air Races annually and preferred snow skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort in Lake Tahoe
